Qa Qc Civil Engineer
Job description
- Educational & Certification Requirements
•
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
•
MMUP accreditation is an advantage
•
IRCA (or equivalent) certified Lead Auditor preferred
Experience
•
•
Minimum 10 years overall experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry
•
At least 5 years in Quality Control & Assurance
•
Experience with contractors, vendors, and manufacturers in inspection/testing roles
•
Technical & Management Systems Expertise
•
Proficient in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, QCS2014, BS, ACI standards
•
Experienced in implementing and auditing Quality Management Systems (QMS)
•
Skilled in statistics, data analysis, and reporting
•
Core Responsibilities
•
Conduct audits, inspections, and manage QMS across all project phases
•
Prepare and review key QA/QC documentation (PQP, ITP, MST, MIR, WIR, MAS, PQD, NCRs, etc.)
•
Ensure compliance and continuous improvement in QA/QC procedures
•
Other Key Competencies
•
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
•
Willing to work in locations like Doha or Ras Laffan
•
Familiar with documentation and reporting standards in construction QA/QC
