Job description
We are hiring an Arabic Chef De Partie to join our Corporate Catering division in Qatar immediately.
A Chef de Partie runs a specific section in a kitchen, and report to the Sous Chef. The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including: Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.
Ensure all Arabic Cuisine is prepared authentically, to the highest quality standards . Possess good knowledge in Arabic Cuisine, Food preparation techniques and restaurant operations. Monitors and controls the cleanliness of the kitchen areas and equipment. Order perishable goods for his section.
Qualifications: ~Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the same field.
~ Salary range- QAR 3000 - 3500/- (Negotiable).
~Candidate must have a valid QID and NOC.
~Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.
~Knowledge of best cooking practices.
