Senior Recruitment Specialist

Looking to hire a "Recruitment Specialist" .

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our HR Recruitment Agency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent for our clients.

Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with candidates.

Conduct in-person interviews and assessments, and provide feedback to hiring managers.

Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to final offer, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, and develop effective job postings and job descriptions.

Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to source and attract candidates.

Support the agency with other HR-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency environment.

Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

Salary Range :6K-10K
