Qualifications

At least 5 years of BPO experience in a multi-site, multi-client, BPO environment. At least 3 years of experience in Report Analytics, SQL, and PowerBI (REQUIRED). Ability to work independently and closely with the assigned campaigns. Flexible with extending shifts when needed. Bachelors degree, preferably within a quantitative area (Operations, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, etc.) Willing to work on hybrid set up at Antipolo City

Job Description

This role will work directly with both client and internal call center stakeholders to build, customize, generate and analyze reports that leverage a wide range of data sets to better understand efficacy of marketing initiatives, quality metrics, customer behaviors, and overall KPI attainment. Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL for data extraction, and creating compelling analysis, reports and slides for different audiences. Experience with visualization and dashboarding tools like PowerBI, Looker, Tableau. Preference for Lean Six Sigma and COPC-trained or certified Knowledge of Freshworks, Salesforce, or similar is a plus.
