Qualifications : 2nd-year college complete Fluent in Spanish and English 6 months to 1 year of prior customer service, loan or financial services experience Requires proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Able to define problems, organize and collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
