QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree , any field At least 3 year(s) of working experience handling Quality Teams Experience in working in a quality management role Expertise with QA processes, definition documents and scoring guidelines Experience coaching, inspiring and motivating others to meet goals and metrics Strong Analytical skills; Able to tell a story with data and metrics Ability to work as a team player. Adaptable to various stakeholders, business models and projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market ISO certification training is highly preferred
Responsibilities
Coaches and develops Quality Officers Conducts Audit the auditor, facilitates calibrations and process evaluation Appeals Partners with the internal and external stakeholders to deliver feedback regarding the customer interaction, including opportunities for improvement Acts as a resource and advisor to the training department as needed, through identifying training deficiencies, trends, gaps and additional needs, through performing various forms of interaction monitoring Has frequent communications with the clients for business reviews, case studies, deep dives, etc. Compiles daily, weekly and monthly monitoring reports Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
