Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sponsorship acquisition and content monetization initiatives for music and entertainment events. The role requires strong industry connections across KSA, UAE, and GCC, along with proven expertise in securing sponsorship deals, developing monetization strategies, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the entertainment and music ecosystem, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with brands, media agencies, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Sponsorship Acquisition

Identify and approach potential sponsors for music events and digital content.

Develop compelling sponsorship proposals, presentations, and commercial packages.

Negotiate and close sponsorship agreements to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and brand partners.

Content Monetization

Develop strategies to monetize music and entertainment content across streaming platforms, social media, and live events.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create revenue-generating content packages.

Identify new monetization opportunities and revenue streams.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and sponsorship targets.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new business opportunities.

Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain relationships with brands, media agencies, and strategic partners across GCC markets.

Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and commercial partners.

Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales environment.

Provide guidance on sales strategy, deal structuring, and client engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, media sales, or content monetization.

Proven track record of securing high-value sponsorship and partnership deals.

Strong understanding of digital content monetization and entertainment revenue models.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

Strong network within media agencies, brands, and entertainment industry in GCC

Strategic thinking and revenue-driven mindset

Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills

Leadership and team management capabilities
