Graduate Consultant (Internship)

Opentap Talent is a dynamic Talent Advisory firm focused on providing innovative hiring solutions to a diverse range of industries. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to support our operations and business development functions.

Location: Remote (w/occasional in-person meetings)

Visa: Currently this position does not offer visa sponsorship

Role Purpose: This internship offers a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or freelance consultant to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment. The role will involve supporting various support functions and contributing to business development activities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and execution of recruitment processes.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support business development initiatives.
• Assist in creating and maintaining client and candidate databases.
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• Recent graduate or freelance consultant with a strong interest in recruitment, marketing and business development.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
