Are you ready to lead and transform a national sales team? Our client, a leading and trusted food distributor in Cambodia , is seeking a strategic and experienced National Sales Manager to drive business growth across the country.
What Youll Do
- Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies.
- Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Report to senior management on sales achievements and market insights.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, ideally in FMCG.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluent in English and Khmer.
