Our client is seeking a talented Project Architecture and Interior Design Supervisor to oversee the architectural and interior design aspects of their projects, ensuring top-quality execution and aesthetic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Supervision: Oversee and manage all architectural and interior design elements of the project, ensuring designs are executed as per the original plans and to the highest standards.
• Collaboration with Design Teams: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and external consultants to review and refine design plans, ensuring functionality, aesthetic appeal, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Site Supervision: Ensure that all architectural and interior design aspects are implemented accurately on-site, coordinating with construction teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring all finishes, fittings, and architectural details meet the clients expectations and project specifications.
• Problem Solving: Address on-site design challenges and propose solutions that maintain the integrity and vision of the project while staying within budget.
• Project Management: Track the progress of design implementation, managing timelines, budgets, and ensuring the project stays on schedule.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all design elements comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of design revisions, project changes, and any modifications made during the construction phase.
• Client Liaison: Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their vision is realized, and manage expectations throughout the design and construction process.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising architectural and interior design projects within the property development or construction industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant tools for architectural and interior design.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of design principles, materials, finishes, and construction methodologies, with an emphasis on luxury properties.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Certifications: Professional certifications in architecture or interior design are an advantage.
