About the Role: Our client is looking for a motivated Sales and Leasing Manager to lead and manage the sales and leasing activities for a prestigious condominium project in Sihanoukville. This is a leadership role where you will drive performance, manage a team, and contribute to the success of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales and leasing operations for the condominium project.
• Develop and execute sales and leasing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and partners.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Prepare reports and forecasts on sales and leasing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and leasing management, ideally in the real estate sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and leasing targets.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English; Khmer or Chinese language skills are advantageous.
