Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to support daily administrative and personnel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing attendance records, payroll follow-up, employment contracts, and personnel-related activities while ensuring smooth administrative processes and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems.
  • Follow up on payroll data and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare, maintain, and renew employment contracts and employee records.
  • Handle personnel administration and related documentation.
  • Follow up on onboarding processes, probation periods, and contract renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Prepare administrative reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with departments regarding administrative and personnel requirements.
  • Support day-to-day office administration and employee services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Administration, Personnel, or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of attendance systems, payroll processes, and personnel procedures.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
