Job description
Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to support daily administrative and personnel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing attendance records, payroll follow-up, employment contracts, and personnel-related activities while ensuring smooth administrative processes and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems.
- Follow up on payroll data and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare, maintain, and renew employment contracts and employee records.
- Handle personnel administration and related documentation.
- Follow up on onboarding processes, probation periods, and contract renewals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare administrative reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with departments regarding administrative and personnel requirements.
- Support day-to-day office administration and employee services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Administration, Personnel, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of attendance systems, payroll processes, and personnel procedures.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
