Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize executives' calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and confidential documents.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and business trips.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and internal communications.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other administrative documents.
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Secretary, or similar administrative role.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
