Job Title: Secretary

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize executives' calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and confidential documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and business trips.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and internal communications.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Perform general administrative and office support duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Secretary, or similar administrative role.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
