Sales Manager (Smart Home & Smart Medical Devices)

** 3–5 years of sales management experience; experience with JD.com and other top e-commerce platforms is highly preferred**

Job Description

• Achieve overall business and sales targets; explore new markets, acquire new clients, collect market information, customer needs and competitor activities, provide timely feedback to ensure sales goals are met.
• Analyze market trends and customer demands deeply, identify potential business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Lead and manage the sales team, improve team performance and execution through effective management and incentive mechanisms.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, supply chain and e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth sales processes and high customer satisfaction.
• Track sales performance, analyze data insights, optimize sales strategies and ensure goal delivery.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and channel partners to enhance loyalty and support sustainable business growth.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales management experience; experience with JD.com and other top e-commerce platforms is highly preferred; familiarity with high-end smart home appliances, embedded whole-house smart systems, home smart medical devices or chronic care management devices.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with strong ability to capture customer needs and key decision points.
• Strong cross-team coordination and team management skills, able to lead a team to achieve targets.
• Proactive, self-driven, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Data-sensitive, able to identify issues through data analysis and optimize business strategies accordingly.
