What You'll Do
Paid Search Strategy & Execution
•
Design and implement advanced paid search campaigns (Google Ads, SEM, display, and programmatic) that align with client objectives.
•
Lead keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS and campaign impact.
•
Apply segmentation and audience insights to deliver tailored, high-performing campaigns.
•
Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
•
Stay ahead of search advertising trends, updates, and platform innovations.
Video Advertising & Display Campaigns
•
Plan and execute video advertising strategies across key platforms, including Google Ads and DV360.
•
Collaborate with creative teams to develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
•
Lead optimization efforts for video placements and targeting strategies to boost engagement.
•
Manage responsive display and rich media ad campaigns, ensuring creative and performance excellence.
•
Track and report on video and display metrics, driving improvements in reach and engagement.
Team Leadership & Enablement
•
Coach and mentor team members, enhancing their technical skills, confidence, and campaign expertise.
•
Create development plans and learning opportunities to grow team capability and effectiveness.
•
Encourage a culture of feedback, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
•
Proactively address concerns, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues with thoughtful solutions.
•
Drive process improvements and promote scalable, efficient team operations.
Client Engagements & Strategic Presentations
•
Represent paid search expertise in pitches, client meetings, and internal planning sessions.
•
Contribute to ideation and strategy development for campaigns, projects, and new business opportunities.
•
Prepare and guide the team for pitch presentations, ensuring clarity and impact.
•
Clearly communicate strategy, results, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Industry Insight & Knowledge Sharing
•
Stay informed on industry shifts in advertising, digital, creative, marketing, and consulting.
•
Keep the team up to speed on evolving paid media techniques, tools, and emerging trends.
•
Foster a culture of learning by openly sharing knowledge and encouraging cross-team collaboration.
What You Bring
•
5+ years of experience in paid search, programmatic, or performance media preferably in a leadership role.
•
Proficiency in Google Ads, DV360, and paid media tools.
•
Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret complex data into actionable strategies.
•
Clear, confident communication skills especially when presenting to clients or internal stakeholders.
•
Exceptional organizational skills and familiarity with tools like Google Drive and project management platforms.
•
