About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales Team Lead to oversee an outbound sales team, drive performance, and support team development. If you're experienced in leading international sales campaigns and passionate about coaching others to succeed, this is a great opportunity to lead in a dynamic, supportive work environment.
What You'll Do
•
Supervise and support an outbound call center sales team
•
Monitor and report team performance against targets and KPIs
•
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth campaign execution
•
Identify training gaps and coach team members for growth and improved performance
What We're Looking For
•
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•
Minimum 2 years experience leading outbound international sales teams (BPO experience preferred)
•
Self-starter with strong leadership and coaching skills
•
Proficient in basic to intermediate computer tools (Excel, CRM, etc.)
•
Strong communication and team management abilities
