Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Webinar Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in both Telugu and English. This role involves managing and coordinating webinars, handling data, and performing sales-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Webinars: Oversee and coordinate webinars, ensuring smooth operations and successful execution.
• Data Handling: Perform data manipulation tasks using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Sales Calls: Conduct sales calls to promote and drive webinar attendance.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain and update records related to webinars and attendees.
• Effective Communication: Address customer inquiries and coordinate internally in both Telugu and English.
• Reporting: Ensure timely reporting and analysis of webinar performance.

Required Skills

• Data Manipulation: Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Telugu and English (Mandatory).
• Sales Skills: Proven ability in sales calling and handling customer queries.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple webinars simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years in a similar role.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Telugu and English (Mandatory).
• Availability: Immediate joining required.

Compensation

• Salary: upto 30,000/month
• Additional benefits may be discussed during the interview.
