Position: Psychologist

In this role, you'll be pivotal in delivering compassionate, high-quality mental health care, contributing directly to the well-being of our patients. Heres what youll do:

Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive Patient Care

Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews to evaluate emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.

Tailored Treatment Plans

Diagnose and create personalized treatment plans addressing a variety of mental health challenges.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate with medical assistants, patient liaisons, practice managers, and other team members to ensure coordinated, resourceful care for patients.

Crisis Support

Offer short-term, focused interventions for patients dealing with crises, including trauma, grief, or major life transitions.

Mentorship and Leadership

Act as a preceptor for residents and students, guiding the development of future mental health professionals.

Policy Development

Partner with leadership to refine policies and create patient-centered protocols to improve care delivery.

Record Excellence

Ensure accurate, timely completion of health records, patient communications, and billing documentation.

Family and Couples Therapy

Provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families, promoting mental wellness in various contexts.

What You Bring to the Team

We are seeking a professional who combines clinical expertise with a passion for collaboration and innovation:

Education and Licensure

Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D.) and active licensure, with ongoing maintenance of all continuing education requirements.

Experience

1-2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

Key Skills

Strong analytical and observational abilities to develop precise, patient-specific treatment plans.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to build trust and foster positive relationships with patients and colleagues.

Attention to detail for ensuring accurate documentation of diagnoses, therapy plans, and patient progress.
