The Opportunity As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be at the heart of high-value, technically challenging projects, shaping them from concept through to completion. You'll provide strategic commercial leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards — all while working alongside industry-leading professionals.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead feasibility studies and produce detailed procurement strategies
Deliver accurate cost planning, estimating, and financial forecasting
Manage tendering and procurement processes, including pre-qualification
Oversee post-contract cost management and change control
Conduct valuations and cost checks throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare monthly cost reports and final accounts
Drive value engineering initiatives to maximise project efficiency
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants

What We're Looking For
5–10 years' experience in Quantity Surveying (PQS or contractor)
Strong front-end estimating and cost planning expertise
Solid understanding of modern construction methods (MMC)
Experience with JCT and NEC contracts
Proven ability across the full project lifecycle
RICS qualified (or working towards) preferred
Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying (or related field)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
