Senior Marketing Manager

About the Role
This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with deep experience in B2B technology and ERP marketing, capable of managing global digital campaigns, orchestrating brand communications, and driving engagement across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
You will spearhead initiatives such as webinars, global seminars, content marketing, and lead-generation campaigns, while ensuring marketing activities are aligned with business objectives and regional sales goals.
- Develop and implement a global marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and market positioning.
- Lead brand development and ensure consistent brand messaging across all regions and touchpoints.
- Partner with the Executive Director and regional leadership to tailor marketing strategies for different geographies.
- Oversee all digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and social media presence across global channels.
- Develop and manage high-quality content (case studies, blogs, videos, newsletters, and whitepapers) to position our client as a thought leader in ERP consulting.
- Revamp and optimize the company's website and digital assets for lead generation, conversion, and analytics-driven decision-making.
- Plan, execute, and promote global webinars, seminars, and virtual events in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
- Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches, regional expansions, and partnerships.
- Manage participation in international conferences and industry events, coordinating logistics, branding, and post-event lead nurturing.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the internal marketing team (currently includes a Senior Creative Designer) and manage external agencies or freelancers when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to align marketing efforts with business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
- Masters degree or professional qualification (e.g., CIM, AMI, HubSpot, Google Marketing) is an advantage.
- 10–12 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a B2B technology, SaaS, ERP, or consulting environment.
- Proven experience in managing global marketing programs and leading cross-regional campaigns.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, brand management, content strategy, and event marketing.
- Strong understanding of tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple time zones and collaborate with global teams.
