They are currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to focus on improving and managing sheet metal production processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and validate CNC programs for sheet metal fabrication.
• Oversee the setup and operation of sheet metal fabrication processes, including press brakes and laser cutting machines.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve production efficiency and resolve technical issues related to metal fabrication.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on reducing cycle time, improving quality, and optimizing cost.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, including jig and fixture design.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and experience with CNC machining.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process optimization methodologies.
