Job description

Marketing Manager

Our client is a leading coffee company with a strong presence in the FMCG industry. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive brand strategy, market growth, and promotional campaigns, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management & Strategy

  • Manage all company's brands as needed, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging.
  • Develop and implement branding strategies based on market research and competitor analysis.
  • Act as the brand ambassador , ensuring the company's values and mission are well represented.
  • Work with distribution partners and franchisees to create marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and regional preferences.
  • Lead marketing efforts for retail outlets , ensuring cohesive branding and promotional activities to drive sales.

Marketing & Promotional Activities

  • Create and manage promotional materials for internal and external use.
  • Organize and participate in industry exhibitions and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and event platforms to boost brand awareness and sales.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing content for social media, e-commerce platforms, websites, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and effective marketing execution.

Market Research & Analytics

  • Conduct research to identify market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics , generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets and calendars , ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.

Lead Generation & Business Growth

  • Focus on generating genuine client leads through strategic marketing efforts and collaborations.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives contribute to business development and revenue growth

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role .
  • Industry Background: Experience in the FMCG industry is required; experience in the coffee industry is a plus.
  • Nationality: Arab nationality required.
  • Salary: Negotiable.
