Position: Private Equity Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $130/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Minimum four weeks

Commitment: 10+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial models and provide insights to strengthen AI model outputs .
• Review market sizing and TAM analysis for alignment with investment strategies.
• Develop comprehensive investment summaries and memos to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate on CIM creation and due diligence processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Process NDA/legal documents efficiently to support deal flow.
• Source potential deals and provide strategic recommendations for investment opportunities.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• At least 2 years of experience in private equity at top firms.
• Expertise in financial modeling or market sizing/TAM analysis .
• Proficiency in creating investment summaries and memos .
• Experience with CIM creation and due diligence .
• Ability to process NDA/legal documents .
• Skills in sourcing for deals.
