Senior Attorney Manager - Maritime

Senior Maritime and/or Admiralty Attorney (5+ Years of Experience)

Location: North Miami, FL

Job Type: Full-Time

A well-established law office in North Miami is seeking a highly motivated Maritime and/or Admiralty Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience . Ideal candidates will have strong industry contacts and/or an existing book of business , and will be ready to take on a leadership role within the practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a team of attorneys and support staff . Compensation will reflect the leadership responsibilities and the value brought by the candidates business development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage an independent caseload from inception to resolution

Foster and expand client relationships

Provide strategic guidance to team members

Contribute to the continued growth of the practice

Qualifications

•

Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar

•

Demonstrated experience in maritime and/or admiralty law

•

Proven ability to generate business through existing relationships or contacts
