Construction Material Sales Engineer

Location: Nicosia

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Level: 2 to 5 years preferred

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team in the construction materials sector. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of construction products, building strong client relationships, and providing technical support to contractors, engineers, and architects.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell a range of waterproofing systems (bituminous, cementitious, PU, epoxy) and flooring solutions (epoxy, PU coatings, concrete hardeners) .

Identify and engage with key decision-makers including contractors, consultants, project managers, and architects.

Conduct site visits and technical presentations to assess project needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and tender documentation.

Provide ongoing support during installation phases to ensure proper application and customer satisfaction.

Monitor project pipelines and follow up regularly with prospects and clients.

Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 25 years of sales or technical experience in construction materials.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive sales approach.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally.
