Finance Manager (Construction)

On behalf of our client, a national construction company, we are currently seeking for a Finance Manager to be placed in Surabaya.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting function by processing financial data and information to produce accurate and timely financial reports required by the company.
• Collaborate with other managers to plan, organize, and control various financial and operational aspects.
• Plan, coordinate, and control the company's cash flow, particularly in managing accounts receivable and payable, to ensure the availability of funds for operational activities and maintain financial stability.
• Make financial decisions regarding various funding options and all matters related to financial management.
• Coordinate and control the planning, reporting, and payment of the company's financial and tax obligations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Coordinate the preparation and utilization of the company's budget to ensure effective and efficient use of funds.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Accounting
• At least 5 years of work experience
• Basic knowledge of taxation
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
• Familiarity with SAP Accounting Software
