Job Description

• Ensure the production process runs effectively by considering cost planning and product quality.
• Implement and develop production methods by optimizing resources to increase productivity.
• Design workflows and layouts that are efficient and effective.
• Analyze processes and production outcomes, then communicate findings to management, directors, stakeholders, and other relevant personnel connected to the role's function.
• Lead and manage existing human resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1).
• At least 3 years of experience as a production manager in a wood manufacturing company.
• Knowledge of products, processes, and machinery techniques in production.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
