Senior Commercial Finance Manager - Melbourne

Purpose led warehousing and supply company requires a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to partner with the leadership team in driving business performance through data led commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely monthly management reporting
• Provide quality data analysis and insights and drive operational improvements
• Oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions managing one direct report
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance
• Act as Finance Lead for all system related projects

Ideal Candidate

• Fully Qualified CA or CPA
• 8+ years commercial experience
• Previous experience in customer and supplier profitability
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting (ex audit)
• You will have experience in both larger and smaller organisations - know what best practice looks like and be able to navigate ambiguity
• A strong commercial and people leader
• The desire to develop and grow and be part of the senior leadership team
