The Role
As a Lead Generator, you'll play a key role in driving new business opportunities by engaging with business owners and decision-makers across the UK.
You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and booking appointments for the senior sales team.
Key Responsibilities
• Outbound B2B calling to generate new business opportunities
• Building rapport with decision-makers and qualifying prospects
• Booking appointments for the sales team
• Managing and updating CRM systems accurately
• Following up on warm enquiries and marketing campaigns
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities
• Working towards daily and monthly KPIs
• Representing the business professionally at all times
What We're Looking For
• Previous lead generation, telesales, or outbound sales experience
• Confident communication and objection-handling skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Professional telephone manner
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in utilities, energy, or B2B sales is advantageous but not essential
