We are seeking a dedicated Travel Customer Service Representative to assist clients before, during, and after their trips. This role is focused on delivering exceptional service, managing travel-related requests, and ensuring every traveler enjoys a smooth and worry-free experience.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms to provide support

Handle booking modifications, itinerary adjustments, cancellations, and special travel arrangements

Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and company procedures

Proactively follow up with clients to confirm travel details and resolve concerns

Address and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional and positive attitude

Ideal Candidate

Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach

Previous experience in customer service (travel or hospitality preferred)

Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
