Air Traffic Controller

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Air Traffic Controller to join our team. As an Air Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of aircraft on the ground and in the air, providing clear instructions and guidance to pilots, and ensuring the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of aircraft on the ground and in the air
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to pilots
• Monitor and manage air traffic to prevent collisions and minimize delays
• Respond to emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or system failures
• Communicate with other Air Traffic Controllers and facilities to coordinate air traffic

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in aviation, business or related field
• ICAO Air Traffic Controller License or equivalent
• GCAA Air Traffic Controller License (for UAE-based candidates)
• At least 2 years of experience as an Air Traffic Controller
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
