Job Summary

Our client is hiring a Civil Estimation Engineer/Sr. Cost Controller with experience in high-rise building projects in Dubai. The role involves preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and supporting cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project drawings & specs for cost estimation
• Prepare & manage project budgets
• Track costs vs. budgets; report variances
• Support tendering & cost optimization
• Coordinate with project, procurement & finance teams

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying
• Experience in estimation/cost control in construction
• Strong MS Excel & estimation software skills
• Knowledge of cost planning & financial reporting
