Material Engineer Civil

Job Title: Material Engineer Civil Location: Dubai

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Material Engineer Civil to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in the UAE within a consulting firm environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve material submittals related to civil and structural works
• Evaluate materials to ensure compliance with project specifications, technical requirements, and local authority regulations
• Select, test, and approve construction materials with a focus on quality and regulatory compliance
• Ensure compliance with UAE and international standards

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in material engineering, with 3-5 years in the UAE within a consulting firm environment
• Proven experience in luxury residential and high-rise construction projects in the UAE
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction codes and local authority requirements (e.g., Dubai Municipality, ADM, DDA)
• Familiarity with material testing procedures and quality control processes
• Strong understanding of quality and regulatory compliance
