Job Summary

Our client is seeking a seasoned Medical Manager to lead our underwriting and claims operations, ensuring compliance and service quality through Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Underwriting & Claims Management: Oversee underwriting and claims handling procedures, supervise departmental staff, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Client & Business Development: Collaborate with the Production team to acquire new business, prepare quotations, and negotiate policy terms.
• Operational & Financial Oversight: Maintain premium registers, assist with financial follow-ups, and sign off on policies and claims documents.
• Medical Network & Service Coordination: Build relationships with healthcare providers to ensure efficient customer service.
• Strategic & Market Analysis: Conduct market studies, monitor competitive threats, and provide data-driven insights to senior management.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of relevant experience, with at least 4-5 years in a managerial role
• University graduate with a professional certification/membership in a relevant field
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
