Job Summary

Our client is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join their team in a hospital/pharmacy setting in Japan. The pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing patient consultations, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities

• Medication Management: Accurately dispense medications and ensure proper patient understanding.
• Patient Consultations: Provide counseling on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
• Collaboration: Work with physicians and other staff for optimal patient care.

Requirements

• Pharmacist License: Hold a valid pharmacist license ( yakugaku menkyo) in Japan.
• Japanese Proficiency: High level of Japanese language proficiency for effective communication.
• Education: Degree in pharmacy from a recognized Japanese institution or equivalent.
