Job Title: VoIP Engineer Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a results-driven and technically adept VoIP Engineer with over 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise-grade VoIP solutions. The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in configuring SIP trunks, deploying and managing Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and maintaining complex IP PBX systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and optimize VoIP solutions for enterprise environments
  • Configure and manage SIP trunks with major service providers
  • Deploy and manage Session Border Controllers (SBCs) for secure VoIP communications
  • Maintain and troubleshoot complex IP PBX systems across various platforms, including:
  • Grandstream UCM
  • Yeastar S-Series
  • 3CX v20+
  • Asterisk FreePBX
  • Troubleshoot call routing issues and implement dial plans
  • Ensure network QoS for VoIP traffic and integrate voice solutions with legacy systems and modern unified communication environments
