Job description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and expanding relationships with existing clients. The role focuses on building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring client satisfaction by promoting the company's services and aligning solutions with client needs.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition.
Prospect and target new clients and opportunities to drive business
growth.
Build and maintain an active sales pipeline to ensure consistent
revenue generation.
- Revenue Targets
Achieve assigned revenue quotas by securing new clients and
expanding business with existing ones.
- Market Research
Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and
industry trends to inform sales strategies. •
Client Communication
Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients via calls,
emails, and meetings to promote the company's services. •
Service Promotion
Effectively promote the company's services by addressing client
needs and aligning solutions with their objectives. •
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and the
seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is
preferred.
- 2 years of experience in the industry
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Motivated to work with a target.
- Solid experience with CRM software
