Job Requirements
- HOE process handling (from checking availability with hotel, fill in HOE forms, booking process)
- Arranging inspections for team member and crossing team communications.
- IT issues (creating tickets)
- Additional requests (ordering business cards, creating accounts for new staff, ordering new laptops, etc.)
- Minivan bookings (for clients and staff)
- FBA allowance application for staff's business trips, restaurants booking etc
- Staff reimbursements report check
- Dashboard updating, info passing and sharing to remote team
- Video, pic taking of show units
- other coordinating tasks in the department
