Electro Mechanical Technician 3 - 2nd Shift - Ripon
Ripon, WI

Standard Work Hours
- 2nd shift M-Th 3pm-1am
Compensation
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 upon successful hiring
- Shift Differential: $3.25 an hour

Responsibilities
- Design minor electrical circuits and to test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC and electronic circuits used for the control of machines and equipment.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
- Install electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment by reading and interpreting schematics or blueprints.
- Must have knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems.
- Must perform basic mechanical repairs.
- Must be able to perform the work of the lower-class identifications.
- May direct the work of others in the lower classifications.
- Must dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective electrical or mechanical parts such as brushes and armatures.
- Must install and monitor performance of installed electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacement.
- Interpret blueprints, work from sketches or verbal instructions.
- Do lay outs, assembles, installs, tests, repairs, and adjust electrical fixtures, apparatus, equipment, wiring, and new services to include panels, breakers, and conduit.
- Must mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures into position and complete circuits according to diagram specifications.
- Do repairs, installs, replaces and test electrical circuits, and equipment using appropriate tools and testing instruments.
- Perform a variety of work as directed by the Group Leader.
Qualifications
- Two-year Associate degree and 5+ years work experience required.
- Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS.
