Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Secretary

With a strong market presence in key regions including Hong Kong, SEA, APAC, and other strategic locations, the Company has consistently achieved remarkable business growth and success. As a result, an exciting opportunity has emerged for an Assistant to the CEO to join the dynamic team. In this role, you will have the chance to work in a vibrant environment with a diverse culture and background. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing comprehensive support for the CEO's personal tasks and assisting them with various business responsibilities.
Responsibilities
•
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
•
Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
•
Assist in managing communications, including screening emails, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries
•
Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events
•
Support the CEO in business-related tasks, such as data analysis, project coordination, and monitoring key performance indicators
•
Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism
•
Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, on behalf of the CEO
•
Perform ad hoc tasks and assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications
•
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification with prior experience in an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives
•
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
•
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), including the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports
•
Proficient in using productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management systems
•
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work deliverables
•
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
•
Proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset
•
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
•
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
