Electrical Engineer & Office Manager

Hatra Energie, a Germany-based company specializing in solar energy system installation, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Electrical Engineer & Office Manager for our new branch in Nineveh, Iraq .

About the Role

This exciting dual role combines technical expertise with leadership and management skills.

• Technical Expertise: You will manage all aspects of solar energy system design, installation, and commissioning for residential and commercial projects. Ensuring adherence to the highest technical standards and safety regulations is paramount.
• Office Management : You will oversee the launch and day-to-day operations of the Nineveh branch. This includes recruiting, training, and managing a team of technicians, developing client relationships, and ensuring branch profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Native Arabic speaker with good English language skills for effective communication.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to build a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and a comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Iraq, particularly the Nineveh region.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant engineering software.
