Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven German Speaking Digital Marketing Specialist to join a global digital sales and marketing solutions provider in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this dynamic role, you will manage both inbound and outbound commercial activities, serving as a trusted growth advisor to business clients within the German-speaking market. You will be responsible for platform onboarding, campaign setup diagnostics, and value-based strategy optimizations to help corporate partners maximize their digital advertising return on investment (ROI).
Location & Work Mode
- City: Sofia
- Country: Bulgaria
- Work Mode: Hybrid (Structured as 2 days per week on-site at the corporate office in Sofia, with the remaining days working from home).
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Host consultative business meetings with corporate clients to deliver tailored campaign setups and strategic optimization recommendations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on core digital advertising platform features, automated placement tools, and performance enhancements.
- Manage, monitor, and audit live digital marketing campaigns to track client ROI and improve key performance indicators.
- Identify and execute high-value cross-sell and up-sell opportunities during client touchpoints to meet defined commercial revenue targets.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and log deep client engagement metrics accurately within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Your Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Fluent, professional level in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Work Eligibility: Must possess a valid work permit for Bulgaria (no visa sponsorship can be provided for this position).
- Technical Literacy: Solid operational knowledge of MS Office applications; familiarity with CRM software architectures or web analytics tools is a strong advantage.
- Competencies: Proven ability to navigate value-based selling frameworks, explain complex digital tools clearly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience (Preferred): Prior experience working within a B2B sales, technical customer support, digital marketing, or outsourcing (BPO) environment is preferred.
Shifts & Working Hours
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00 . Enjoy a stable corporate schedule with your weekends completely free!
Salary, Bonuses & Benefits
- Salary Range: €2,100 – €2,300 Gross base per month (plus target-driven quarterly performance bonuses ranging from €1,400 – €1,600 ).
