Job Overview
We are seeking a target-driven and customer-oriented German Speaking Sales & Customer Service Specialist to join a leading international service provider in Sofia, Bulgaria. Supporting a major telecommunications project, you will handle inbound inquiries, providing technical product assistance alongside value-added sales recommendations. This role blends service excellence with soft-selling tactics to maximize customer satisfaction and campaign performance.
Location & Work Mode
- City: Sofia
- Country: Bulgaria
- Work Mode: On-site / Hybrid (Starts as a full-time, office-based role during an initial mandatory 2-month training period. A work-from-home/hybrid option becomes available starting from the fourth month, subject to performance metrics and certification requirements).
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries from German-speaking customers via phone and integrated digital channels.
- Provide clear information regarding telecommunications packages, network setups, billing queries, and product features.
- Identify client needs and dynamically promote additional services, upgrades, or technical enhancements during touchpoints.
- Document, update, and manage consumer files and resolution notes accurately within internal CRM platforms.
- Achieve specific performance, quality, and soft-sales conversion targets while collaborating with internal escalation teams to resolve complex cases.
Your Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Fluent or native written and spoken German (C1/C2 level) .
- Core Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building abilities.
- Workflow Management: Comfortable navigating multiple computer tools simultaneously while managing high-volume calls under time-sensitive deadlines.
- Mindset: A proactive team player with a strong focus on service quality and goal achievement.
- Experience (Plus): Prior experience in inbound sales, retail, telecommunications support, or call center environments is a distinct advantage.
Shifts & Working Hours
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Operational Window: Rotational shifts scheduled Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 19:00 . Enjoy a stable schedule with your weekends completely free!
Salary, Bonuses & Benefits
- Salary Range: €1,600 – €1,800 Gross base per month.
- Sign-on Bonus: €1,000 Gross welcome incentive package.
