Salary: £46,000 £54,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Bonuses

Location: London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:30 PM

Were looking for an experienced and qualified Electrician who takes pride in fault-finding and solving electrical problems properly not just quickly. If youre Level 3 qualified, hold your 2391 (or equivalent) certification, and have at least four years of hands-on experience, this is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and growing property maintenance company in London.

About the Role

Youll be carrying out a wide range of electrical maintenance, testing, inspection, and repair work across both residential and commercial properties in London. The focus will be on fault-finding, diagnostics, and ensuring all electrical systems are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently.

Youll be working independently on-site, with access to a strong support team wholl ensure you have everything you need to do your best work.

Key Duties

Fault-finding, testing, inspection, and repair of electrical systems

Performing periodic testing and certification (EICR)

Ensuring all electrical work meets current regulations and standards

Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults quickly and safely

Completing accurate reports and paperwork for each job

Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional approach

Key Requirements

Level 3 Electrical qualification (essential)

2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent) (essential)

Minimum of 4 years experience as an Electrician

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Full UK driving licence

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
