Position Compensation & Benefits Specialist (90K ++) Attractive Bonus
Job Descriptions
- Assist Department Manager & Unit Manager on the implementation of performance management system and its relevant elements, such as bonus, salary increase, etc.
- To developing HR system as well as planning, projects, and policies
- Be the project coordinator to run the project smoothly among working team, consultant and business units
- After project launch, assume moderator role and key contact point for system.
- Monitor and oversee the operation of compensation and welfare; provide consultation to team to solve issues concerning payroll, compensation, welfare, etc.
- Explain and provide information on employee benefits included performance management system.
- Develop HR strategy and policy to comply with company
- Resolve problem in operation upon requests of HR team
- Control HR operation jobs to meet the target of HR business plan support Unit Manager
- Perform executive secretarial tasks (occasional)
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any related fields, preferable HR, public administration, business or related fields.
- 10 years experience in HR Compensation & Benefit filed
- Good verbal and written English communication
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Good in Microsoft Officer, especially Excel
- Diligent and hardworking, able to work well under pressures
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
