Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Stafford Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 | Full Time, Permanent Location: Stafford Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm (1 hour lunch)

I'm currently working with a well-established, family-run law firm in Stafford thats looking to welcome an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to their friendly team.

This firm has built its reputation on client care and a collaborative team culture. With a strong pipeline of work and a loyal client base, theyre now offering a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal whos confident handling residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion

What youll be doing

•

Supporting the Conveyancing Solicitor with a busy caseload

•

Progressing residential property transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion

•

Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors

•

Drafting contracts and other legal documentation

•

Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements

What were looking for

•

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal role

•

Confident handling files with minimal supervision

•

Excellent communication and organisational skills

•

A proactive and client-focused approach
