About the Role: As a Sous Chef, you'll be the right hand to the Head Chef, helping to craft and deliver an exceptional menu using locally sourced, high-quality ingredients. You'll ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, maintain high standards of food hygiene, and mentor junior staff. Working Hours

5-day working week

Rota shifts with split shifts

Key Duties

Assist in menu planning and development

•

Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards

Manage kitchen staff and oversee operations in the Head Chef’s absence

•

Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards

•

Collaborate with local suppliers

Proven experience as a Sous Chef
