You will be involved in menu development, staff training, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. Your creativity and leadership will be key in delivering exceptional dishes that exceed guest expectations.

Key Duties
•
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
•
Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes

Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
•
Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards

Develop and test new recipes and menus
•
Manage inventory and order supplies
Key Requirements
•
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
•
Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
•
Strong leadership and communication abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
