Our client, an independent dealership renowned for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team. About the Role

As a Vehicle Diagnostic Technician, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and resolving complex vehicle issues. Your expertise will ensure that vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards, maintaining the dealership's reputation for excellence. You will use state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to identify problems and work collaboratively with the service team to deliver exceptional service.

About the Client

Our client is a well-established independent dealership that prides itself on offering a hassle-free car buying experience. They are dedicated to providing high-quality vehicles and exceptional customer service, which has earned them a loyal customer base and a strong reputation in the industry.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Key Duties

Perform diagnostic tests using advanced diagnostic equipment.

Identify and resolve complex vehicle issues efficiently.

Communicate findings and repair options to the service team and customers.

Maintain accurate records of all diagnostic and repair work.

Ensure all work complies with manufacturer and industry standards.

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Vehicle Diagnostic Technician.

Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
