Marketing Director (Luxury Membership & Lifestyle Business) Budget 300K

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Marketing Director to lead the overall marketing strategy, brand development, customer acquisition, and partnership growth for a premium membership and lifestyle business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving membership sales growth, strengthening brand positioning among affluent consumers, expanding strategic partnerships, and creating exceptional customer experiences across digital and offline channels.

This role requires a highly strategic marketer with strong experience in luxury, hospitality, golf, travel, private banking, automotive, real estate, or premium membership businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Position the company as a leading premium lifestyle and membership brand in Thailand and the region.
  • Build brand awareness, customer engagement, and market penetration among HNWIs, UHNWIs, expatriates, corporate executives, and affluent consumers.
  • Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI measurement.

Membership Acquisition & Revenue Growth

  • Drive qualified lead generation and membership acquisition through integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop customer acquisition strategies across digital, partnerships, events, referrals, and corporate channels.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to improve conversion rates and customer journey effectiveness.
  • Develop pricing, promotion, and membership packaging strategies to maximize revenue growth.
  • Establish performance metrics and growth KPIs for membership sales and retention.

  • Utilize customer analytics to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and membership renewals.
  • Optimize digital customer experience and online lead generation performance.

Events & Experiential Marketing

  • Develop premium member events, networking experiences, tournaments, VIP gatherings, and lifestyle activations.
  • Manage event marketing strategies that strengthen member engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to create exclusive experiences for members.

Customer Experience & Retention

  • Lead initiatives to improve member satisfaction, loyalty, retention, and advocacy.
  • Develop loyalty and referral programs.
  • Monitor customer feedback and continuously enhance service experience.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a data-driven and performance-oriented culture.
  • Manage agencies, media partners, creative vendors, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in luxury, hospitality, golf, travel, lifestyle membership, financial services, premium consumer brands, or high-end customer segments.
  • Strong understanding of affluent consumer behavior and relationship marketing.
  • Experience in CRM, digital marketing, data analytics, and performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Strong business acumen with strategic and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Thai.
